What We Look For

We're looking for experienced players who can provide valuable insights to help others improve their OTB game.

  • CFC rating of 1600+ (or equivalent online rating)
  • Experience playing OTB tournaments
  • Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly to players of all ages
  • Reliable internet connection for video reviews and live sessions
  • Passion for helping others improve at chess
